BACKGROUND


Lorenzo (Coach Zo / The Meatball) is a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience as both a coach and lifelong fitness enthusiast. At 17, he weighed in at 135 pounds and wandered into a local Planet Fitness to prep for lacrosse season. After packing on 10 pounds of muscle, carrying a gallon of water everywhere, and setting off the lunk alarm on the regular—he was hooked.

Fast forward 10 years: in 2023, Zo left a 6-year corporate accounting career to coach full-time. Since then, he’s trained under top professionals across the country—strength coaches, physical therapists, and chiropractors—and brings that energy, curiosity, and experience into every session.
