With nearly a decade of experience in personal training and 6 years in strength & conditioning, Aymen Shakil has built his coaching career around helping clients become stronger, move better, and build long-term confidence in their health and performance. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including general population adults, youth athletes, and individuals managing injuries, mobility limitations, and chronic pain. Aymen began his career at Columbia Association before expanding into private training, in-home coaching, and sports performance, including working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Baltimore Royals minor league cricket team. He also helped develop and operate a cricket training facility, gaining valuable experience working with athletes in both individual and team environments.

Aymen is passionate about helping people and building strong relationships with his clients, which is one of the main reasons he has remained committed to the fitness industry for so many years. His coaching philosophy focuses on proper movement, strength development, injury prevention, and long-term sustainability rather than quick-fix approaches. He combines evidence-based training principles with individualized coaching tailored to each client’s goals, experience level, and physical limitations. Known for his hands-on coaching style and attention to detail, Aymen emphasizes movement quality, exercise execution, and creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve both physically and mentally.
