Chris is originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to Baltimore in 2022. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2017 and his Master's degree in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland. While pursuing his master's degree, Chris served as a Graduate Assistant, where he supervised instructors and led a variety of group exercise modalities, with spin classes being a particular favorite.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Chris brings over 12 years of training experience working with a wide range of clients—from novice exercisers beginning their fitness journey to collegiate athletic teams striving for peak performance.
Chris bases his coaching philosophy on the seven fundamental movement patterns, believing they serve as the foundation for all movement. By helping clients develop strength, mobility, and confidence in these core patterns, he creates a strong platform for them to pursue their individual fitness goals, improve performance, and move more efficiently both inside and outside the gym.
