He later helped Durham University Lacrosse win a BUCS national championship. During his time in England, he also developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting.
Dylan takes a relationship-first approach to coaching, believing that trust and communication are the foundation of effective training. He believes that the human body and mind are highly adaptable and capable of far more than most people realize. His coaching emphasizes strength, movement quality, athletic performance, and long-term resilience while creating a supportive and challenging environment for every client.
